Concord Management Ltd. Once Again Voted Orlando Sentinel Top 100 Companies for Working Families in 2011!

“Eight (8) years and counting!” When you think of property management companies there’s only one whose claim to fame can include this phrase, and that’s Concord Management.

top-100

It all started back in 2002 when a then, pre-adolescent property management company took a chance. We asked ourselves, “Will others agree that we provide the support our team members need in order to achieve work-life balance?” The answer was a resounding yes. Our efforts had been publically validated and resulted in our receiving our first Top 100 Companies for Working Families award.

As a result, Central Florida also knew that the work-life balance resources we provide for our team members are second to none. Presented in many shapes and forms, our team members have the opportunity to select the resources that meet their individual needs.

Support South Lake Animal League

by: D.Holzman

Patricia, an employee in the Accounting Department, introduced Concord to South Lake Animal League located in Central Florida through her personal volunteer efforts at this no-kill, non-profit organization which helps abused, neglected and abandoned animals. She has encouraged her fellow employees to donate generously through our Jeans Day program, which enables employees to wear jeans on designated Fridays for a financial charitable donation.

Patricia’s volunteer efforts are in the Thrift Shop, which provides a primary source of income for the League. Visitors to the Thrift Shop will find clothing for every member of the family, household and baby items, books, toys, games, electronics, furniture, and much more. The shop receives many compliments on its appearance, neatness, cleanliness, and organization. Prices are kept low to facilitate turnover of merchandise.

Opening in 1988, Concord is proud to support South Lake Animal League in their efforts which have resulted in the adoption of over 4,500 animals into loving homes!

Should you be interested in adopting a furry friend, volunteering or making a donation, please visit www.slal.org for more details.
