Concord has a culture of giving back to both Residents and Team Members. Through the New Moves Partnership Program, facilitated by Southern Affordable Services, we have assisted over 280 homeless families by providing them stable housing and support they need to permanently transition out of homelessness. Through our Concord Cares Program, we have generously given back to our co-workers by donating personal time off and tens of thousands of dollars to our fellow team members in need.
