When recently preparing for the community’s cap walk, there was another stream of events that were occurring, Wanda jumped into action to assist with creating a list for the cap walk for the maintenance team. In addition, she assisted with resident activities, as well as helping the community achieve 100% occupancy. There have been times when he has been contacted in the middle of the night due to an on-call matter when he was not on-call, but he always promptly responds. She also communicates with applicants about the documents that are needed, and once they are approved advises them of the next steps for move-in. Jackie communicates with maintenance to ensure the units are ready and can be scheduled for move-in. During move-ins Jackie takes the time to effectively communicate Concord’s policies and takes her time to answer any questions. The community has received positive Google reviews about how informative and helpful Jackie has been during the application and move-in processes. Since this is a new project there have been many questions that came forward regarding lease renewals. Angela has made herself available to answer all questions quickly and thoroughly. Her knowledge of the lease renewal process has made it easier to create procedures for both the Compliance and CAT teams to work effectively with the onsite teams to obtain the required resident documentation. His team is successful with its efforts due to James being keenly proactive in identifying solutions that make the reports more useful to team members rather than just presenting data. He frequently anticipates areas where reporting may be beneficial for the organization and is proactive in developing recommendations.
