ConcordRENTS Crushes Inflation with a Stay and Save Lease Option!
04/2024 - Many businesses and households alike are looking to take control and fight back against continued inflationary pressures. ConcordRents is thrilled to create just the opportunity for our residents to crush inflation. At our market rate communities where rents are not already restricted, we are excited to offer a two-year lease option to new residents in an effort to provide certainty of no rent increase for the full two year term. For existing residents at these same communities who are interested in extending their lease for another term, regardless as to the current lease expiration, they can also take advantage of this opportunity as they are being provided an option to renew their lease for another year with the benefit of no rent increase.
If you are an existing resident or are inquiring about the specifics of this opportunity, a member of your preferred community team will be happy to answer any questions. Alternatively, you can direct your questions to [email protected]

ConcordRENTS Goes Green with Solar: 2023 Update
We are now providing power to our corporate office and 26 of our communities with clean solar energy. This renewable source helps power common areas and serves a secondary benefit of reducing operating costs. While solar is very much a forward-looking investment in the future of Florida’s energy, it is also part of our commitment to keeping the Sunshine State beautiful. In fact, our current solar production is estimated to reduce enough CO2 emissions to preserve approximately 77,000 acres of forestland within the 30-year projected lifetime.
