ConcordRENTS is proud to announce that we have received an Above and Beyond Silver level Aetna Workplace Well-being Award. As an employer with a strong commitment to improving the health of our employees, we feature a comprehensive well-being strategy that our employees are passionate about. This award is the culmination of our employees’ desire to live healthier, more active lives and make well-being a priority.
We are challenging the standard again by increasing our offered living wage by $1.00/hour per year over each of the next five years to ensure no full-time employee is making less than $20.00 per hour by 2026. The organization is proud to make this ongoing investment in its valued employees.
It is also important for each employee to plan for a financially secure future and that is why ConcordRENTS offers a rich 401-K program that includes a company match up to $5,250 per year. Beginning in 2022, the program will be further enhanced to offer a company match of 150% on the first $1,000 invested by an eligible employee, while continuing with existing matching levels for additional contributions made.

ConcordRENTS is known for Affordability, Convenience and Comfort. And today, we believe it’s more important than ever to add something new —GREEN! While energy consumption continues to increase, ConcordRENTS is committed to doing our part by investing in energy efficient appliances and producing a clean energy alternative by installing photovoltaic solar panels at our communities.
Since our initial donation of $100,000 in April, ConcordRENTS has continued with monthly donations of $10,000 through November, now totaling $150,000 in donations. We are committed to continuing with our monthly donations to Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida until the pandemic is over.
$250 Million from the Federal CARES Act is now available to most of our residents through the Florida Housing Finance Corporation Coronavirus Relief Fund (FHFC CRF). Residents located at one of our affordable housing communities throughout Florida who had their income adversely impacted due to COVID-19 may be eligible for this rental assistance. Information regarding this rental assistance may be obtained by emailing us at [email protected].
This presents a rare opportunity to obtain rental assistance to allow you to eliminate your delinquent balance, and avoid damaging your credit and being subject to eviction. We want to help and need you to fill out the application for each month you are seeking assistance. Get started by accessing the FHFC CRF assistance applications (available in English, Spanish and Creole), as well as the corresponding instructions (also available in English, Spanish and Creole). Provide completed applications to your community’s leasing office.
