Holiday Safety Tips

With the Holiday Season upon us, Concord Rents would like to wish our residents a Safe and Happy Holidays! Here are some safety tips to keep in mind when decorating your apartment home and preparing your favorite seasonal dishes.

• Make sure your Christmas tree is away from any heat sources to prevent fires.
• Keep children in mind when decorating your Christmas trees. Breakable ornaments or ornaments with metal hooks should be hung towards the top out of reach.
• Some popular seasonal plants, like Poinsettias, can be poisonous to your pets.
• Test your smoke detectors and stay in the kitchen while you’re cooking delicious turkey for family or baking cookies for Santa!
